1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 54 Plus, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 54 Plus, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from 54 Plus or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. 54 Plus reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 54 Plus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 54 Plus account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 54 Plus support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

54 Plus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have notified 54 Plus of a security breach and we have taken appropriate action.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 54 Plus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. 54 Plus does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 54 Plus reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 54 Plus account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Processing times vary by payment method and are estimates only — 54 Plus does not guarantee specific processing windows.

54 Plus reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or void any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise irregular.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

54 Plus may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 54 Plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 54 Plus Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your 54 Plus account.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 54 Plus Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-streamed regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or 54 Plus intervention.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 54 Plus Platform without prior written consent from 54 Plus.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 54 Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

54 Plus does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 54 Plus Platform shall first be submitted to 54 Plus customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under PAGCOR guidelines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

11. Account Termination

54 Plus reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct that 54 Plus determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 54 Plus customer support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
